Please include:
- Device model.
- Android version.
- App version.
- Steps to reproduce.
- Expected result.
- Actual result.
- Screenshot or video if helpful and privacy-safe.
- Whether you were using local-only mode or optional cloud sync.
Scanner And Camera Support
Camera access is used only when you choose camera scanning. Demo Scan remains available if the camera is unavailable, permission is denied, or you prefer not to grant camera access.
OCR output is evidence for review. Review details before saving a card or making card decisions.
Account And Cloud Sync Support
CardSphere AI works locally without an account. Cloud sync is optional and requires sign-in and explicit sync enablement. If you report a sync issue, include whether the problem happened before or after pressing Sync Now.

During private beta, account and cloud data deletion requests can be sent to privacy@cardsphereai.com or support@cardsphereai.com.
Private Beta Feedback
Helpful feedback includes confusing copy, unclear scanner evidence, portfolio gaps, sync issues, visual polish notes, and trust concerns.
Known Beta Limitations
- OCR and card matching need real-world validation.
- Market data may show demo, cached, not configured, or requires approval states.
- iOS is not part of the Android private beta.
- The app is not a public production release.
